Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your preferred size and color, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the payment instructions to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout, including Cash on Delivery for now, Online payment options will be available soon.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available in all locations within Pakistan.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Shipping & delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes:

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We may also offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, contact our support team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your address.
Can I order from outside Pakistan?
International shipping may be available in the future. Please contact us before placing an international order.
Returns & exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges according to our Return & Refund Policy. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How do I choose the correct size?
Each product includes a size guide to help you choose the best fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Will the print fade after washing?
Our prints are designed for durability. To maximize their lifespan:
- Wash inside out using cold water.
- Do not bleach.
- Avoid tumble drying on high heat.
- Iron inside out and avoid ironing directly on the print.
Are your products original designs?
Yes. Many of our designs are created exclusively for OUTTHREADS. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes we accept custom orders for individuals and businesses. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Popular products may be restocked depending on demand. Follow our social media pages or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
